HOW DO I FIND YOU?
We are located at 926 Willard Dr, Greeen Bay, WI. 54304.
Suite 224. There is parking just off of Willard Dr, behind the big brick building. Enter and take the stairs (or lift) up to the 2nd floor. Turn left and follow the path around the atrium until you see the Katalyst sign.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?
Please make sure to check your e-mail and complete intake questionnaire and consent forms. You may choose to wear loose fitting clothing, bring alternative clothing such as athletic shorts, sports bra or tank top, or undress to your level of comfort. (Conservative/appropriate draping will be applied per state requirements.)
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST BODYWORK SESSION?
If you are scheduling for therapeutic bodywork you may expect a period of consultation and assessment prior to any therapy. With consent, photo's or videos may be taken to document and educate postural changes and/or movement dysfunction. If indicated the session will continue with applied bodywork or massage therapy.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
No. Katalyst Bodywork and Performance LLC does not bill directly to insurance. We recommend you refer to your personal insurance provider, wellness plan, or work benefits to explore if you can receive compensation.
